Please submit "Confirmation Slip" at the Registration Desk (B1), which has been sent to each participant via email or fax after payment of the registration fee.
To: Those Participants who have pre-registered to attend Optional Sessions with Payment of the Session Fees:
"Attendance Slip" will be sent to each participant via email or fax by one week before the conference. Please submit the "Attendance Slip" at the Attendance Desk in front of each session venue.
To: Those who wish to make On-site Registration:
Registration will be accepted at On-site Registration Desk.
The registration fees should be paid in cash. No credit cards are accepted.
Note:
Please note that the Meeting Program & Abstracts Book will not be sent to the Meeting participants in advance.
It will be delivered at the Registration Desk, Tokyo Dome Hotel during the Meeting.

Cancellation:
Cancellation must be made to the secretariat in writing by letter,fax or email.
The amount of refund depends on the date of cancellation as follows:
- Cancellation received by July 31,2009: Full refund

Cancellation received between August 1 and August 25:
50% of the fee will be refunded

Cancellation received on or after August 26:
Not refund
